Was Info at Rumfire a mag?
This restaurant has fantastic burgers and delicious food. The service was average, but no different from other places. I am excited to try more items from the menu and will definitely be returning. The bar and music were great, making it a nice place to relax and unwind. View all feedback.

What Ebba Medhurst dislikes about Rumfire:
We ordered the French Toast, with a side of bacon and poached eggs with avocado and greens. It was not cheap, with prices just below $20.00. For the French Toast, imagine a piece of bread about 1.5 thick and sliced diagonally in half. We had...1 half of the bread, not even a whole slice! It was prettily presented, but it was not satisfactory to the stomach. One of the poached eggs was over poached so it became an alm... View all feedback.

Have often stopped by for a drink or meal before the footy. Generally the service is poor I counted 21 people waiting to place their food it seemed only one person taking orders. The prices for drinks went up so a glass of house sparkling is now $11. No thanks. The tiolets are disgusting that if I did not need to go so badly I would have held on. Whilst waiting 3 men came out of one tiolet. God only knows what there were doing. Time for us to move on to somewhere else.

Visited before cirque du Soleil show so they were busy. One bar person and a queue knee deep. Got our wrong order twice, wrong salad came and pizza. Food overpriced, $36 for a steak and chips! This is not a first rate restaurant so should not charge these prices. Wait staff didn't have a clue what to do, and they don't even take your orders, oh and they ran out of forks! Queue for taking orders then queue for ordering drinks. I will not be back!

It's hard to imagine a worse meal... We had the 'Thai salad' which turned out to be a garden salad sodden with regular vinegar with a few over fried chicken pieces on top... Needless, to say we couldn't eat it and ended up asking for the dessert of a dried up old tart to be binned. The waitress seemed like she'd be happier get fillings at the dentist. The kids had 2 kids meals and were happy. With 2 soft drinks and 2 waters as well be paid $85. Really. So so bad.

A spacious cafe inside the Entertainment Quarter, Rumfire has both indoor and outdoor seating ans plenty of space which is great for groups and those with kids. Menu displays classic cafe options which all looked great. On this occasion, I tried scrambled eggs, one of the ready made sandwiches and coffees and all were tasty and well made. Service is efficient and friendly. Apparently this cafe changed owners fairly recently and has had much better reviews then previously.
