The meal was excellent, and the service was great as well. The only issue we encountered was that the EFTPOS machine was malfunctioning.
I don't quite understand some of the previous reviews. My wife ordered the chicken cutlet, while I had the chef's special rump steak. Both dishes came in generous portions and were cooked to perfection. The prices were reasonable, and the area has undergone a stylish renovation since we visited 2 or 3 years ago.
The food is just average, and the service is also passable. However, the prices are quite steep. I'm looking forward to when Cornwall gets the kitchen back.
Staff were friendly and welcoming with fast service. Really well made bitters, lime and lemon. Chicken snitty was over herbed and pepper gravy very bland.
