Yannis Family Restaurant - Moonstone

We went for breakfast this morning as they have a Sunday morning breakfast from 9 am to 1 pm (used to be 8 am to 1 pm)The price has gone up a $1.00 from awhile ago, and the buffet is bit smaller. The staff is friendly and make sure you have coffee. But they only have one toaster and only white bread at it. They may have brown and rye, but not out and not mentioned. But the main reason we were disappointed was that every thing was extremely salty, and the home fries while real (which is great), had no flavour or seasonings or onions. We were disappointed with the meal.

Wife and I had brunch here on Sunday it was plan and simple food done right not a huge selection of food but all the basics that are needed for breakfast the service was great also the food was hot nice small mom and pop restaurant we will be back for sure

Hubby & I went to try the prime rib cause we heard it was good..but not..I don't even think it was prime rib..lots of fat & rind..the roast potatoes was like boiled in tomato sauce & veggies were rubbery..not worth the $75.00 & tip...we have had better for less money

Food was good Staff were friendly never a dissapointment when it comes to your meal . Prices are fair

From the time we walked in the door, No one greeted us or advised if we need to wait to be seated, We had to ask. Ordered appetizers, which were over cooked, main course came within minutes of receiving our apps. Vegetables were cold, steak was well down(ordered medium rare). None of the steaks on the menu were available. Wife's meal was burnt pork.After we were served, we never seen another waitress.Sorry, never again!!
