I waited to be served for over 10 minutes in an empty, very dirty store with flies. The staff was very unfriendly, and they walked around a few times without bother to take my order, despite knowing I was waiting. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Food rating: 1 out of 5.

The food at this restaurant is consistently good, but the service leaves something to be desired. The young woman with purple hair at the front desk seemed rushed and didn't offer a welcoming greeting or a smile. She was multitasking between taking drive-thru orders and assisting dine-in customers. The cooks in the kitchen appeared to be busy as well and lacked friendliness. However, I appreciated the nostalgic memorabilia on display that showcased the history of the A&W location.
Tonight at 6:00 pm at the A W drive thru I was given the 2 Baby Burgers and 2 Chubby Chicken Combos I ordered, and I payed $37 dollars for it all. My friends and I got food. Half way through chicken burger was clearly raw chicken. As soon as she noticed she spit it out. We aren’t sure if she ate any of it. I called the store and talked to a female manager. I said to her I just came through drive thru and the one chicken burger was raw and she asked me what she wanted me to do about it. I told her that I won’t be coming back and I wanted all my money back and she said if I came into the store with my receipt I would get my money back. When I went in the person at the cash register didn’t go get the manager for me and I told him it’s raw and he said to throw it out. He only gave me $9.35 back only for the chicken burger and I said to him the manager I talked to on the phone said she was giving me all my money back and he said no we can’t do that there wasn’t no manager there. Tomorrow I’m getting in contact with the Health Board. I’m very disappointed with how I was treated by the manger and the guy that gave me my money back. They acted as if it wasn’t wrong what happened. The manager on the phone didn’t seem to care about possibly getting severe food poisoning or sick.
Waited at the cashier for 8 min no one anckowlwdged my existance, employees walk by cash and dont take order, soley focused on drive throu or some machine refills. Garbage service, not the 1st time its been like this. Never ordering from this location againFood: 1/5
