What Anonym dislikes about Bucks Bakery:
How Bucks has declined!!!!From Best Bakery to Ho Hum!Recent visit: Mid-warm pie, cool "hot" drinks, all tables cluttered and un-cleared, rubbish on floors, two counter staff in "busy" time!!!!WAKE UP BUCK!!!!A kid said ,"There's flies on the food in there!" ( the food display!)No reaction from staff! When people pull out of line and walk away there is a reason!!!NEED some new lines! But hard to go back when so many ne... View all feedback.

I just bought a house in the area, so naturally the first thing to do is trial the local goods. I am so happy to report that what I have trialled so far has been amazing, including the coffee. The carrot cake is absolutely delicious and takes me back to childhood when mum would whip up some home made treats. Thank you for keeping your standards so high and restoring my faith in bought cakes and pastries. :
As a past long time resident who remembers buying Bread pies and Birthday cakes since they first opened Shop after the previous Butcher Shop closed all I can say is how much I still love everything about the place including Great Service,Food and Price ! I always look forward to Sunday breakfast every time I go back to My Home Town
Buck's is an excellent bakery that you should definitely visit before the lunch rush to ensure you get your hands on their delicious pies and desserts before they sell out. They offer a wide variety of pies, incredibly fresh and tasty desserts, and quick service. Although the seating area is located by the carpark, the focus here is on the delicious food rather than the dining ambience. Overall, the food is fantastic and worth a visit.
I had an early lunch with my mother at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The pies were amazing, they were not only delicious but also full of flavor and very filling. The jam donuts were also very good. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience. The restaurant has undercover seating and parking in the back, making it easily accessible.

Nice lil bakery. Loved the selection of pies and the sweet pastries. Shout outs to the apple turnover, pastry was as good as the apple and cream filling.
Have tried the bakery when looking for lunch when visiting relatives in the area . Had a salad sandwich first and thoroughly impressed with quality and ingredients. Next time , we arrived just after lunch, no sandwiches would be made only the prepared foods. pasties , one Cornish and one traditional and both average. Traditional one full of filler and not much vegetables whilst Cornish was dry. This is a busy place and service is friendly and efficient. Coffee was hot and ok.
If your are a pie ,coffee or pastries this is the place for you . Fresh bread is also good , a big range of pies all made on the premise . Easy parking for a good quick bite or coffee. Opposite the train station...and just up from the pub .
The dutch vanilla slice is to die for. Very impressed. The connoisseurs in the group rated it out of I also had a spinach and feta roll which was delicious.
Stopped in on our way to Sunshine Coast. Huge range of hot pies and sausage rolls. Thoroughly enjoyed the chunky beef. Then treated ourselves to a ‘wagonwheel’ biscuit (if you are a visitor to Australia this has biscuit, jam and marshmallow coated in chocolate) and...a vanilla slice. Excellent service and quick coffee with choice of milks including lactose free. Worth the detour!
