FAQ
Feedback
We have visited this restaurant multiple times before, but this time we were very disappointed. The drinks were served quickly, but we had to wait 50 minutes for our food. Despite there being plenty of staff and only two small tables occupied, the quality of the food was lacking. The Tortilla Bowl did not match the description on the menu, with the actual tortilla being very stale and the beef cold. The fries appeared to have been reheated from other dishes. The restaurant also appeared dirty and still had random Christmas decorations up.
Got there early (5.30pm) on Saturday night as I only wanted a quick dinner before an early night at the motel in preparation for a 7am departure on the dive boat on Sunday morning. Plenty of people already there. I've been to Mooloolaba a few times now since moving to Brisbane from interstate. It's hard to find a reliably good meal in any of the local cafes and eateries so I thought I'd go with a known chain this time. Plenty of parking. Sat outside with a lovely view. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The salad was nice, the veges not overcooked with some crunch left in them, the steak was cooked to order and the 6 calamari on top were plump, tender and delicious. The meal took about 10mins to arrive after ordering. It's going to be my regular Mooloolaba eatery now.
