On Thursday Dom usually organise blind tasting champagne. This time we got 9 different champagnes Brands. Thursday is a relatively calm day there, so we can taste, discuss (and eat) with full calm. As usual good introduction from alessandro. A good event, especially because in Milan seems difficult to taste multiple fine wines all in a row.
We love changes, and Alessandro too. So we can taste a good variety of high level sparklings. we did eat some selected French forages, too.
