We opened 4 different bottles, from different... read more We were at DOM for a birthday. We were 6 people. Main topic will be to drink good chapagne with a serious dining. We opened 4 different bottles, from different brands. We did appreciate the variety of bottles, a bit rare around Milan, so we are grateful to Alesssandro for the right choice.

We were on a busines... read more 30 th aug 2022 We went there in August, due to a tip from my boss. The place is a very good discovery, we could say an hidden gem in Monza. We were on a business lunch, so we ate a couple of course, each. Meal is at a very good level and wine list is accurate. The sommelier was very professional. We returned on evening where we discovered the real PLUS of Dom : its very rich list of champagne and its sommelier: this guy does really love sparkling and champagne and he is very passionate about bottles and small producers in France.

Thursday is a relatively calm day there, so we can taste, discuss (and eat) with full calm. As usual good introduction from alessandro. A good event, especially because in Milan seems difficult to taste multiple fine wines all in a row.
