We've visited this restaurant several times and tried a variety of meats and sides, and each time everything was absolutely delicious! The portion sizes are generous (I'm not a small guy), which really satisfied our hunger. It's an excellent spot for BBQ. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys great BBQ!
Hands down the best food and wedding catering I’ve had would recommend the burnt ends! There is nothing like a burnt ends sandwich and some Mac and cheese!!
I'm glad this business survived the pandemic. For awhile, due to staffing issues and supply chain they were only open a few days of a week. In addition, it's nice to have a local BBQ in Monument especially since a lot of the others in North Springs have moved more central which is a pain to get to. Was particularly impressed with their brisket which was delicious and their mac n cheese was also tasty. I'll say I only wish their BBQ chicken was still on the bone and covered in BBQ but still good. Also, I am a wedding photographer and I believe they do larger catering events. They catered an event at Spruce Mountain Ranch in November and everyone thought it was delicious.
