If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would! The food and the hospitality from the owners truly make this place the best I've ever experienced. It's the most authentic Mexican cuisine, paired with wonderful people who are dedicated to their community. What more can I say? The People's Choice Award definitely goes to... Arlene's Beans!
It's about time the Tri-Lakes area had a quality Mexican restaurant. We frequently visit Santa Fe, and the beans at Arlene's are comparable to many spots there. The red sauce is flavorful and has a nice kick, while the green sauce boasts some of the finest large-batch green chili around. Although the line was long, the process moved quickly, and our food was ready in just five minutes.
