This is a very modern restaurant, but with a great authentic mountain atmosphere. It is very spacious and helmets are catered for. When I walked in, the waiter immediately offered to take my helmet. There are hooks under the bar and shelves, all especially to store helmets. The food is excellent. I had a salmon and spinach lasagne. I returned to the pretty goat village in Avoriaz with friends today. We sat outside in the sunshine at this lovely restaurant and ordered the Rhodos house burger. The service was a little slow but the restaurant was packed both inside and out so really they do an amazing job because the menu is very comprehensive. The waiter was charming and brought water quickly. The burgers arrived and did not disappoint. They were cooked rare as we’d requested and tasted delicious with the famous combination of a tomato fondu sauce and reblochon cheese. If you haven’t had a Rhodos burger yet then you must try one. We were all shocked by the price. At nineteen euros it was one of the most expensive burgers I’ve ever had but it was delicious and I would choose it again when I next return to this restaurant.
A great place to stop for lunch when skiing in the Porte du Soleil. Their 'plat du jour ' is reasonably priced and always delicious with plenty of vegetables and sauce. They also do a very nice vegetarian dish of chanterelles mushrooms accompagnied by a variety of vegetables. The service is quick, efficient and very friendly. It 's a pleasure to eat here either inside (with its cosy atmosphere) or out, depending on the weather.
Very warm welcome. Excellent food-my favourite is the salmon and spinach lasagne. Phone and book to save disappointment.

There are hooks under the bar and shelves, all especially to store helmets. The food is excellent. I had a salmon and spinach lasagne. The staff, the ambience, the food, all to be recommended.
This is a spacious, modern mountain restaurant, just down from Les Lindarets in the goat's village. A lovely outside terrace to sit for lunch when skiing on sunny days, but also a fantastic modern interior. They don't cram you in so there is plenty of room between tables, helmets are catered for with shelves, hooks at the bar and round the restaurant. My helmet was promptly taken from me and hung up by the waiter! The service is superb, friendly and quick. The toilets are very modern and very clean. I think this ranks as one of the best restaurants in the Portes du Soleil ski area. It is also excellent value for the food you choose.
