Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant in question offers a cozy and unpretentious atmosphere with hit and miss food options, but standout dishes like homemade gnocchi. While some diners found the veal tasting like pork and experienced a somewhat uncomfortable atmosphere, others had wonderful experiences with flavorful Italian dishes like lamb ragu and gnocchi. Chef Alessandro's creations impressed many diners, with standout service and ambiance. Despite mixed reviews, the overall consensus seems to lean towards a positive dining experience that may be worth a try.
Eating was very good, but they seemed to go out of their way to destroy the ambiente, and eating didn't always deliver what was ordered. I ordered linguine with proscuitto and melone, and the dish that was delivered was very good,...but the pasta was spaghetti, not linguine. my man ordered an salat that should have salami in it, but instead he had proscuitto. but not what we ordered. the place has potential, wonderful ambiente in a protected terrace with rob real vines over head, but they went out of their way to destroy that. there was a large screen television that played on the back wall and the cables and wires were suspended in an unorganized chaos. poster displayed in the windows to see from the way, looked creepy with band that was randomly beaten up. while we were fed, one of the kitchen aid came in untidy street clothes with its bauch hanging out of a simple undershirt and he went through the front door and went through the dining room into the kitchen. that should be a nice place. eating was very good, but it's not surprising that the dining room was almost empty.
This restaurant has a beautiful deco, which is cozy without care. eating is hit and miss. under all those dressed I liked the gnocchi homemade, delicious. the kalbs actually tasted like pork, although it didn't matter to me to eat pork and...not to verify, it was a little strange. all in all a pleasant meal, but nothing outstanding.
My friend and I visited this restaurant with a voucher and from the moment we entered through the door were treated like royal. the choices offered with the voucher were diverse and interesting. we both started with the Caesar salad I have to admit. very vinegary, and the chips of the parmesan would have been a capable. their prices are a little too high to allow a moderate caesar. my friends main dish of calf and my of ravioli were however delicious and came in good portions. the service was fun and friendly and we felt very welcome. we want to come back this summer when the windows are open.
As several paintings for dinner at the restaurant la locanda and eating was fabulous. chef alessandro is simply amazing and he never disappointed! the decor is stylish, restaurant is clean, waiter are always there to serve them. so: eat: 5* service 5* Decor...5* entertainment 5* try not to be disappointed
