Went there last Monday, the person who was preparing the order was handing the money and then preparing the order with the same gloves that she touched the money with. Was upset went I told her to change it. View all feedback.
I have a worst experience . The staff members are too rude . They just served a wrap which was stuff half and hash-brown was hard as stone and taste like bitter melonMoreover we received a iced coffee in which there was no traces of sugar inside .
I order two habenaro wraps with hatch brown inside they put old hatch browns it’s two hard to bite it’s like stones inside when I ask them to change they behave very rude with me . They don’t have manners to behave with customers.
The employee at cash was very rude. I asked if they had cold brew, but before I could finish speaking she cut me off and said we don 't have that . Then I ask for an alternative, immediately she says we don 't have that .I understand that they don 't have everything in stock, but she should have handled that better.I just ordered a coffee in the end, and she replied rudely, is that all? , right after I said I would like only a coffee...Just terrible service, rude employees... not worth coming here.
Be sure to specify that you like your iced latte bitter with espresso like it's meant to be and not with weak coffee and sugar syrup, because they will give you the latter.
The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The service was slow and terrible. The women’s washroom was absolutely disgusting!
