A Truly Fantastic Place! You Simply Have To Try It I Firmly Believe You'll Enjoy This Excellent Restaurant.Congratulations To The Owner and All Wonderful Staff. Positive Attitudes, Warm Greetings, and Caring Servers and Service.
The food was great but the service here was terrible. I went with my 6 year old daughter, they only had one girl doing the waitressing and cash, she was running around doing everything, half the tables weren 't even cleaned up from previous customers. The food took 40 minutes to get to our table when I asked her why she responded saying the chicken you ordered takes long to cook but the customers beside our table ordered after us and they got what we ordered before us. I assumed because I was indian it didint matter but the other customers were a group of 5 Quebecois ladies they were served faster. We 've been here a couple of times and it 's always been a problem getting food on time, never going here again.
I love the food here, I've been going for almost 10 years and it never disappoints. I used to go eat there a lot more often, nice touch that it's a byob, but now I always do take out.I recommend the okra dishes, the chicken tikka masala of course, and the mixed vegetables. The Naan bread is also delicious, enjoy!
Horrible place with misleading website. Written black on white that the lunch special (lamb curry) comes with chicken tandoori, vegetable, rice, naan and papadam, and only received lamb curry. Blaming the customer when it's their own error on their own website, saying that I had to click on thali instead. Then why are you giving the option on your website to order lunch special when NOTHING is included with the curry. Don't waste your time and money... I also wasted all my lunchbreak, having nothing to eat the curry with. Came all the way from St-Leonard for nothing. Never ordering from this place anymore.
Food was just fine nothing mesmerizing or special. Paneer pakora was nice chaat was very simple. Breads were hot (naan was a little more burned than I was hoping) and the vegetable entrees (malai kofta and matar paneer) had thick spicy gravy paneer was crumbling and not tasteful. Service was slow I think there was just 1 server. Overall, not impressed.
