As someone who loves porchetta, I was disappointed by this restaurant. The porchetta sandwich was overloaded with mayonnaise and meat on a bun.
It was absolutely delicious! You can never go wrong with the Classica dish. It was incredibly juicy and full of flavor. Even the bread was outstanding.
