Tout est préparé devant vous, avec des produits frais provenant du marché Talon tout proche.Nous avons mangé tous les 4 le bagel au saumon fumé. Il était bien garni, et bon.Le must, c'est de voir le boulanger faire des bagels devant vous.Il faut aussi en profiter pour faire un tour au marché et goûter à tous les produits locaux.
