I used to look forward to a high quality meal in the airport, but unfortunately, Covid has really taken its toll on this place. Stopped by on our way to our flight, and took around 25 minutes to get a Chai Tea Latte. It 's badly organized, where they had two people on cash taking orders,... read more Stopped by on our way to our flight, and took around 25 minutes to get a Chai Tea Latte. It 's badly organized, where they had two people on cash taking orders, and one person running between food and making drinks. He even asked one of them to help him catch up on drinks, and the person on cash told him that it 's not his problem in front of customers... Wow. They have no ticket system or names either, so they were sending our drinks out of order, and we finally asked for ours only to realize they 'd lost Itz and were busy making orders for people who already left, but no one took the receipt so they thought they were unmade. Would never go back again... The Latte was okay, but I 'd rather give my business to a place that cares about customers.
