Have been three times this past summer - food is always good and the service excellent. I don't who thinks this is expensive (I guess it is compared to La Belle Province.) The chicken with house pasta is great - must have Rose sauce. All said - great bang for the buck View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Da Lillo:
Service was ok, the place was almost empty, the sound system stopped all coversationThe mixed grill was all cooked on the same grill all togeter. Consequentially the lamb and the beef all tasted the same, medium cooked was well done. For what the food was it was over price View all feedback.
Fantastic meal after a great day out in Montreal. Owner was so welcoming and fun making the end of our day wonderful. Food was delicious. 100% would highly recommend.
I have visited this restaurant several times and I don't even know where to start. The food is amazing, especially the arancini which are done perfectly. Everything we have tried here has been excellent. The owner is extremely welcoming, kind, and friendly, always ensuring we were taken care of and offering anything we needed. The staff is welcoming, courteous, and friendly. The waitress always has a smile on her face, she has such a sweet demeanor. I highly recommend trying this place out, you won't be disappointed!
My group of 9, including 2 children, went to this restaurant for my birthday and I had a fantastic time. The outdoor terrace was lovely and we all enjoyed it. The food was fresh, delicious, and well-seasoned, and the sangria was excellent. There was a bit more chorizo and sausage on the platters than I would have liked, but it was accurately described on the menu. We ended our meal with tasty espressos and a birthday cake. Rico and his team were very friendly and accommodating, which we loved. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be coming back.
What really made the evening special was Enrico, also known as Rico, who provided excellent service with genuine passion. He made our family birthday celebration even more memorable. We felt like we were old friends with Rico, even though we had just met him! The cappuccino is a must-try – it gave me the energy I needed to get back to work after indulging in so much food. Whether with family or friends, this restaurant is a great choice to relax and enjoy. Don't hesitate, just make a reservation. We typically spent around $40-50 after taxes and tips, and we didn't hold back on the menu. There is something for everyone's budget here.
Experiencing the irresistible Portuguese chicken at this gem is a feast for the senses. Perfectly marinated, succulently roasted, it bursts with layers of charcol smoky notes and tangy flavors that hint at its rich piri-piri marinade.Paired with well-done fries and crisp salad, it's a humble yet delicious.Attentive service and warm, rustic ambiance. Like a trip to Portugal.
