I had a disappointing experience due to the poor service. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order, which is understandable if the waiting time was reasonable, but unfortunately, it wasn't. If its dine in then the taste is 5star otherwise just good and one more thing the fries quality is down.
The food was freshly cooked, but the meat had a slight smell, which it usually does not! the place was cleaner than other mountainhams I visited!
I had a terrible experience today when I ordered from this restaurant by doordash. I ordered the philly steak burger as trio with fries and koks; instead I got a steak sandwich, and the sauces were different from what I had chosen, and the fries were cold. it is the second time that my order is wrong. it seems that there is neglect and lack of customer support from the part of the employees of this restaurant.
