This charming restaurant offers a variety of brunch dishes and unique Moroccan-inspired dishes.
I visited Bazar Café on a Friday morning and noticed that it started to get busier around 11AM, with even more people expected to arrive around noon.
We loved our family brunch at the café bazaar on the rue Bellebien. the dishes are good and hearty, with some flavors of the magreb, and the service is most friendly. It is one of the few restaurants in Rosemont-La petite homeland that agrees to take reservations for Sunday brunch. I recommend it with pleasure.
Cozy and pleasant cafe with excellent food. Had the bazar sandwich for lunch (lamb merguez, perfectly grilled eggplants in baguette) which was delicious. Loved the potatoes as well. Reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and the place is baby/kid-friendly. The waiting was a bit long, but you could feel that each plate was made with love. Would come back anytime!
This was a Sunday morning around 11. First we wanted in at the Vieux Vélo but it was packed. So Plan B turned out to be Bazar Café. In all due fairness, I was starving and a bit hungover. Already a rough start. Slowwww service... one cook and one helper, one waitress.... one thing in mind, one stomach, one love. Stop. Wait, I wait again. We order, we wait. And waited again. BUT THEN, the light came, the food was surprisingly GREAT!!! Seriously, not because I was starving, because it was really good. They pay attention to details and quality there. No kidding. Worth trying, I would go again...but not starving next time. Can't please everyone I guess. But it was worth the wait.
