Pizza Marsala - Montpellier

To this day it remains for me the best pizzas in Montpellier and their slightly high prices are fully justified. The dough is magical, the composition perfect, the ingredients are tasty. As for the welcome, it’s always a pleasure to chat with the chef about anything and everything. There are never many people there, probably due to phone calls and courier-type app reservations, which makes the human connection all the warmer. Special mention to the Forestière! (Pictured here, a half-Alpina, half-Forestière).

In summary: Go for it, it’s killer! We're starting to taste a lot of their pizzas and it's always delicious! Truly one of the best pizzerias in Montpellier, thanks to them!
