Finally a place in Montpellier where the egg is in all its forms. The famous perfect egg is on the map and it is absolutely necessary to taste it. It is present, all in finesse, for the pleasure of the eyes and while greedy, for the pleasure of the palace. Avocado cream and its flying fish eggs are an invitation guaranteed to exoticism! The map is rich and certainly there will be other visits. The place (Halles du Marché du Lez) is now a must on Montpellier. NAKED is well agenced, trendy decor. The staff is totally at the top and really very welcoming. Bravo!
