The place looked nice and you could sit outside but we should have known, seeing the empty terrasse that it would be disappointing. I took a Cesar salad and my partner took a mozzarella burrata followed by the dish of day. It was all pretty bland. My bowl was pretty much a bowl of salad leaves without much dressing and some topping. All in all nothing wrong with food or service but underwhelming.

We said, why not get a glass of wine while we wait? After seeing the menu, we ordered the beef carpaccio tapa board and we weren't disappointed. There were 4 varieties, roasted potatoes, and a bag full of warm bread. We chose to sit in the square, a great choice as it provided us some great people watching views. The house rose wine was crisp and light, a perfect pairing for the dinner. A definitely must try when in Montpellier!
