Had my eye on this spot for a while but it always looks like a minor battle to win yourself a table. Took a rare Montpellier thunderstorm for opportunistic eaters, such as Clauds and I, to try it out whilst...the majority of people cowered indoors. The food was really good and looked banging too. Defo worth a shot for the ‘gram’ for those that dabble in such behaviours. We had the quinoa and hummus plates which come with a positively aggressive amount of falafels and pitta bread. Remember it’s vital to eat with your eyes so we also ordered a side of chips and olives. Naturally, resulting in quite a wave of food as the portions are ‘grande’. The whole bill was relatively cheap though, so it is good value for money. Staff were nice too and patient with our supreme lack of linguistic abilities. Despite having a fast food sort of business model (not table service), once you’re sat down it feels like you’re in a restaurant and not pressured to move quickly which is an extra bonus. All in all, one of my favourite labs I’ve ever been to. I also like the colour green. Will be back.

Since then, I’ve been there ar... read more I’m not a vegetarian so when my friends first suggested that we try Green Lab, I wasn’t interested. When I tried it, I loved it ! Since then, I’ve been there around 10 times.The food is absolutely delicious. Every time I take someone there, they...fall in love as well. Wether you’re a vegetarian or not, this definitely a place to check out and try. It is also very affordable which is amazing based on the quality of the food.
