Just stopped by at Faune, new restaurant in Montpellier. Fantastic setting, speedy service and great ideas on the menu for a light meal. Hand cut tartar, light tuna, Veal capacious, clams all the best. Loved the desert...I am very weak when I see orange blossom... such a southern flavor : overall great ingredients. Very pleasant frame, in the middle of the city and quiet, small octopuses grilled on spinach and back of cod with leek fondue, a glass of white and it is happiness.
A real beautiful discovery, an idyllic setting nestled in the heart of the city, refined and beautiful dishes to watch ... in short, a real killing!

Le Faune is one of my favorite restaurants in Montpellier. The setting is beautiful, the vegetation around the terrace gives us the impression of being in another world while we are in the center of town. The cocktails are original and delicious. On the kitchen side you will not be disappointed! The dishes are refined with fresh and seasonal products. The quantities are well proportioned. Finally, the service is impeccable. I recommend!
