Recently I shared a trip to this wonderful café. Do not let your smaller size confuse you. You have amazing crepes! Her service with a smile is also out. Very recommended. Nice to find such a charming place in downtown Montpelier. View all feedback.
What mars gemini doesn't like about The Skinny Pancake MONTPELIER:
This isn’t my first time eating here and usually it’s pretty good food and service. This time the service was pretty good but the food was questionable considering my sister found a wood chip in her salad. Honestly this is a bit confusing but I am still concerned considering she could have hurt her mouth if she didn’t notice it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner View all feedback.

Amazing food! Gluten-free vegan milk free options are available and crew is great in navigation allergies, 10 recommended!
We all enjoyed our food and the new management tries hard; they personally took care of our table as the restaurant was so busy.
WOW! Tremendous food and during the thin pancake in Burlington is often overcrowded, this was so fast at brunch time on Sunday. I have a shady outside seat with a view of downtown. We waited approx. 7 minutes before we got food and the food didn't rush. Amazing crepes, eggs were cooked well. Also, one of the most beautiful General Managers you ever meet.
Delicious GF food! We were so happy to find an interesting restaurant that offers gluten-free alternatives! Fresh, high quality meals and friendly staff. Indoor/outdoor seating. We're already planning to go back! Pictured: 1. GF crepe with pulled pork and side of coleslaw 2. GF crepe with eggs, cheddar and spinach with side of lettuce 3. GF cinnamon/sugar crepe with VT maple syrup, scrambled egg (bacon not pictured...my son ate it before I took the picture)
