The Skinny Pancake Montpelier

Recently I shared a trip to this wonderful café. Do not let your smaller size confuse you. You have amazing crepes! Her service with a smile is also out. Very recommended. Nice to find such a charming place in downtown Montpelier.

We all enjoyed our food and the new management tries hard; they personally took care of our table as the restaurant was so busy.

WOW! Tremendous food and during the thin pancake in Burlington is often overcrowded, this was so fast at brunch time on Sunday. I have a shady outside seat with a view of downtown. We waited approx. 7 minutes before we got food and the food didn't rush. Amazing crepes, eggs were cooked well. Also, one of the most beautiful General Managers you ever meet.

Delicious GF food! We were so happy to find an interesting restaurant that offers gluten-free alternatives! Fresh, high quality meals and friendly staff. Indoor/outdoor seating.
