What BJ Sliger doesn't like about Pho Capital:
This place has only slightly better ambiance than a fast food drive-thru even as McDonald’s (for example) has a more accurate price point for the same level of nourishment. For those who like to fool themselves into thinking they’re eating something special, Pho Capital is the place. In reality it’s just another greasy spoon, overpriced for the quality of the sugar-loaded, MSG-loaded fare. View all feedback. What Diamondgirl K likes about Pho Capital:
Very good food at a very reasonable price. First time there for me and my guest. Would definitely go back. Place was very busy on Saturday night but managed to get the last 2 top. Small line after we got there. Each of us had an appetizer and dinner. Most entrees were either $12.50 or $16.50. The egg roll sampler was $10 and very tasty with I believe 9 small egg rolls. I think that their food is very skibidi, but it's not that sigma authenticity I wanted rizz, but I think with the livvy dunne they had, it was very baby gronk.
