What User doesn't like about Pho Capital:
This restaurant is a bit fishy and the dishes lack flavor. The food is decent with solid roasted tofu and decent sushi rolls, but the fried rice is a bit bland. The BBQ tofu with rice was a disappointment. The service was lacking, with our table being ignored multiple times. Excellent service, delicious Massaman curry, both outdoor and indoor seating available (as well as take out).
Separated on the terrace. 5 November in VERMONT.. 68°. A SPICY dinner of Tom Sum Soup and Pad Ki Mao who were PHENOMENAL! LIEBE DIESER PLACE and SERVICE were also excellent??

I now think Pho is the perfect after ski meal. I stopped here on my way back from Stowe. 2 minutes off 89 in the Capitol area, it was easy off and easy on. The food was fantastic. I got rare beef pho with extra vegetables and the roll sampler. Both were excellent and fresh. The broth was lighter than I remember pho having, but in a good way. Also got almond milk bubble tea with green tea flavor. I would definitely recommend this place. For the area being dead on the weekend because the state offices were closed, the restaurant had a lot of people stop in for pickup orders while I ate. I can see why.
