Mcdonald's - Monticello

These are definitely not McDonald’s fries. We expect the long crispy fries standing inside the pouch. These were just small pieces of undercooked fries. The sandwich on the other hand was overcooked. They almost always get my husbands order wrong. We’ve sent stuff back and it’s come out wrong a second time. They also take a really long time to answer their drive through windows. I assume they are short staffed but don’t have two lanes open then especially if you’re going to get the order wrong because you’re rushing and not listening. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the few McDonald's left that still have self-serve drink dispensers in the restaurant. Triple Cheeseburger Large Meal is the way to go for under 10 bucks and get a free large drink refill on the way out if you dine in. Hot and tasty. Hot fries. Fast service. Been here many times and no problems. Clean inside for the most part. Order at kiosk and you can pay cash at the counter. I went through the drive through tonight after working a long day and was starving. They had both lanes open so we pulled up to the second lane then sat there for 15 minutes while they took 3 or 4 other cars in the first lane. I yelled hello once and still got no response, not even a please wait one minute or anything!! We finally beeped the horn after sitting that long. This girl Kiara who was working at the window came on and said we are not serving you!!. We drove around to find out her name and she said there’s only 2 of us working and we have a right to refuse people!!! What did we do for refusal!?? I work in this industry and would never turn someone away for something like that. If this girl doesn’t have the capacity to run 2 lanes then they should one of them down. Service: 1
