My feeling is that the Blue Horizon Diner is the best in the monticello areaHave never had a problem with service or food.
I have been coming to Blue Horizon Diner for almost 25 yearsThere is nothing special about it other than the fact that it's pure nostalgia for me.
Good grilled cheese with ham and chicken soup! Waiter was very nice and he was on top of everything. Very clean diner and nice sized portion.
