This Zaxby's is close to my house, but after my recent visit, I prefer the ones on the other side of town. The drive-thru is incredibly slow at random times throughout the day, and they consistently mess up my order. I wish I could give this Zaxby’s negative stars. Terrible customer service. They do not care about customers. Staff stands around laughing counting down the time till they leave doing the bare minimum work possible.
Just ok for over priced chicken fingers. I just wish we had a Foosacklys here i would never go to Zaxbys again.
Wow! Way to go Zaxby's. How do you decide that there is no need for separate mens and womens restrooms? Suppose someone goes into one and forgets to lock the door and then another person walks in on them? God forbid a pervert. Really!! I don't need my daughter walking in some man pissing in the pisser stall because he didn't lock the door behind him. You just lost my business.
Chicken always good. My favorite. But, today they were out of coleslaw. I was disappointed because it's so good too.
Slowest drive them always, terrible service. also eating was cold and not seasoned very disgusting and disappointing for the long wait in the thru laufwerk.
