The team working at the drive-thru on October 14, 2022, at 9:10 AM really needs to reevaluate their approach! The setting and the tone of the speaker were quite off-putting and need serious improvement. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
The drive thru girl (name on the receipt is Shameka) was really rude while taking my order giving me my food. She practically threw my bag in my hand and walked away from the window without saying thank you or anything else. It 's not my fault you have to be there on a Friday night instead of at the club lol. This is typical Montgomery customer service, so it 's not surprising at all. View all feedback.

Horrible Horrible experience. Really don't expect much from fast food anymore. But was on a budget. Rudest employees ever. Food burnt and cold. Now I remember why I haven't eaten at this location in several years.
They messed up my sandwich and was gonna get one star. BUT, the remade sandwich was picture perfect and delicious! The staff were polite and apologized for the inconvenience. I know it helped that I was nice about it and ask for a new sandwich instead of getting angry. People make mistakes... it 's what you do after a mistake that defines your character.

Just pulled off from the drive through window. The employee talked so rude while taking my order. Makes you wonder.....WHY TAKE A JOB IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY IF YOU HAVE 0 Patience and Kindness in your heart. I see why no one else was there. Wendy 's clean up your act !!!!
