I give this restaurant a 5-star rating. I believe the server's name was Russell. It was around 5:30 PM, and he was managing everything on his own. He did an excellent job and remained calm while taking orders, preparing the food, and serving the meals. Although he was looking for his coworkers, he was still on his own by the time we left. I made sure to give him a generous tip! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
The restaurant was quite uninviting, and the customer service was disappointing. I wasn’t even greeted when I entered. I waited three minutes at the counter before being served. I definitely won’t be returning to this place. View all feedback.

Third shift Waited a whole hour for two waffles two orders of scrambled eggs with cheese two orders of grits with cheese then the order was wrong the cook displayed attitude threw the cheese into the bowl no condiments in the bag no utensils do not recommend this location at all bad customer service. Cashier lied and said refunds are not given on third shift.
Excellent service and our food came to us super fast and it was delicious. I enjoyed every bite of my waffle and bacon. A nice treat
This waffel house had ready for another round, ? no complaining, my pork chops, ie meal was a1 and service was fast, no wait, it was late though lol
