This place is near where I live, so I had it a few times to say the least. Great food. Every time I go there, the staff is great. Yes, sometimes I had to wait a bit for my food, but if they're lubricated with people and orders, it should be quite understandable. A little overpriced, but for the quality of food I can understand.
