Taco Bell - Montgomery

I'm not usually one to complain, but that was the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. I specifically asked for no lettuce on my taco, and I made sure to communicate it clearly.

I stopped by the restaurant as a delivery driver to pick up a DoorDash order. While I was there, I noticed that six vehicles were lined up in the driveway, and I was waiting for an order I had placed just 10 minutes earlier. After a while, I overheard a girl in the kitchen telling her partner to go ahead and prepare the order for the delivery.

I've never had my order right at these places, and it's frustrating because they're basic items that should be easy to get right.

I usually don't post stuff like this but I'm gonna be straight up and do it. Taco Bell on EastChase may by far be the worst service I have received in a long time. The sign said order at the kiosk and I did. I could hear the people in the back yelling and cussing and saying how stupid I looked for sitting there and not going through the drive through and I could hear them yelling and complaining about my order being a veggie order. I'm sorry if me being the only person in the store is an inconvenience of your time and that my order was to complicated when u had it on the menu. If you are catering to vegetarians and make a menu for it don't yell and complain about it. I hate it when people post like this or when people in restaurants get beat on because I've been there and understand the struggle of being understaffed. By all means say what u wanna say in the back of the house but to yell and say the things that were said about me for me to hear in the front is unprofessional and ridiculous. They will not be receiving any business from me in the near future because they clearly didn't want it to begin with

My order was correct and food was average, but I was horribly disturbed by seeing employees with their pants below their behinds and underwear showing. If I hadn’t placed a mobile order and already paid in the app, I would have walked out.
