It's an off and on thing to get chicken from either location. The hot thing for my wife is the frozen strawberry-lemonade. Their like Krispy creme though because some times the machine is working and some times not. View all feedback.

I went through the drive-dru window on the 29th august and ordered a garnel flour and a 3 piece chicken flour. I came home and began to eat the garnels to find the diligent was understated. I saved the chicken dinner for later, but went to my biscuits so I could eat later. There’s no one but me in drive thru I wanted to add a small mashed potatoes and a cup of water She didn’t even let me finish talking No Add-ons at window. Then she thought I really was going to pay ? You lost my business by having small minded people running your business
Sad. Ordered paid on line for drive thru pick up. Went thru to window only 2 B notified I had to COME in?? Did so. Had to WAIT for me order 2 B put together, found they No Longer offer Cajun Rice ..one of the true CAJUN items that Popeyes is famous for. 14 people behind counter..Xtremly SLOW service.
Very busy. the orders of the person also fulfilled the orders. should be a job for 2 people. it would speed up the slow service. food: 4/5
Exceptional service and tasty, well prepared eating when the best popeyes I was in the time.
This use to get the best place and eat from now on terrible! customer service bad! they never give them what they order them spicy bun they give them original and it is not fresh! it does not make as customers work hard for their money and people do not respect the fact that they help them by coming to place the company for service there. this is not the first time that this has happened on this site. I have to do my business somewhere else.
