Definitely 5 stars! The food is incredible, and they can easily make it vegetarian-friendly by removing the meat. The fresh vegetables are delicious. Very satisfying meal! They have greatly improved cleanliness since COVID-19. I would highly recommend dining here!

This restaurant deserves 5 stars for sure! The food is fantastic and they offer vegetarian options by excluding meat. The fresh vegetables and beans are delicious. The dishes are very fulfilling. They have improved their cleanliness standards since the pandemic. I highly recommend this place!
I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but my experience yesterday was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I chose to get dinner from Chipotle (East Chase, Montgomery) around 8:10 pm, expecting a quick meal even though I noticed a rather long line when I arrived. With 7-10 employees behind the counter, I assumed things would move swiftly, but that couldn’t have been further from the reality. For the first 10-15 minutes, the line barely moved due to a lack of available protein; both steak and chicken were out, which understandably frustrated many customers. As I waited, the line continued to grow, and the staff’s updates only added to the confusion, as they mentioned further shortages, including corn, despite it only being 8 pm and their hours extending late into the night. In addition to the slow service, the cleanliness of the restaurant was the worst I’ve ever encountered at a Chipotle, which further detracted from the overall experience. After waiting 30 minutes for my order, I was disappointed to find that the steak was undercooked, having a rubbery texture. Most of the staff appeared disengaged, spending more time chatting among themselves than assisting customers. This experience was a significant letdown for me as a loyal fan of the brand. The issues I observed suggest a management problem at this location, highlighting a clear lack of essential customer service skills. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in standards from a restaurant I’ve always enjoyed.
My second experience at Chipotle fell short of my expectations, even though I chose to order online and have my meal delivered. Unfortunately, my bowl was not made as I requested and included ingredients that I specifically asked to be left out. This is especially troubling for those with food allergies. It's essential for restaurants to ensure accurate food preparation to prevent disappointing experiences like mine and to maintain customer loyalty. I strongly encourage the company to improve employee training and adherence to customer instructions. Whether dining in or ordering online, customers should expect their food to meet their specifications, especially given the price.
