Whenever we are in the area, we always make a point to stop at Bojangles. The biscuits and sweet tea are absolutely amazing. I was disappointed that they were out of the chicken tenders, but I decided to try the chicken sandwich instead. It was just okay, nothing outstanding compared to the other menu items. The service at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic.
Today I went to the restaurant on Montgomery Street from the west side to the east side just to get these amazing Bo-Berry biscuits! I initially only planned to get 6, but they were so delicious (just like the ones I had on Friday) that I had to get 6 more. The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and attentive, especially the lovely lady who made the biscuits. She deserves a raise, more benefits, and a 100% match on her 401k investment.
The chicken at this restaurant is always hot and tasty, with a generous crispy crust on the bone-in family chops. The cookies were a standout, being large and fluffy. The sides are excellent, especially the creamy and cheesy mac-n-cheese. The tea is quite sweet, and they also offer pink lemonade in the 12-piece family box. This box easily feeds 6 adults, even if they are very hungry. It is advisable to order extra tea or drinks, as the 1/2 gallon may not be enough for a large family or group, especially if on the road. The service is always friendly and quick. The only suggestion I have is to make the tea a bit fresher, as it seemed a bit stale the last two times I visited. However, I usually visit close to 7 pm, so it is understandable.
Super delicious! bojangles' article leave an amazing symphony of taste in my mouth! the employees knew what this was doing (especially the cashier/fire cook) and atmosphere was killer. this man from south louisiana will be back!
The management and new ownership is great. I eat here often for breakfast and lunch and the food is almost always great. It's fast food though so occasionally you get something that's not fresh out of the kitchen, but they genuinely want to make sure your experience is positive. I would give them a 4.5
