Applebee's Grill - Montgomery

The overall experience was okay. Our waiter was a little forgetful, but his customer service was great. Each time we got our drinks they were watered down from sitting so long. We were told there was a 45 minute wait to be seated, but it was more like 15 or 20 minutes so that was great. My steak was very tender but it was over seasoned, very salty. I also asked for my steak to be cooked medium, and it came out well done, no biggie. My husband's food was bland and did not have very much sauce in his pasta. The kids seemed to like their food. So for the overall experience it was okay, would this be a regular stop, No.

The host was great. Our waiter came to our table 23 minutes after we were seated and that was because I asked another waiter who was working our section. We got our appetizers exactly 32 minutes after the waiter took our order. I just asked him to place our dinner to go. I did enjoy the drinks the bartender was amazing and the other guests were also entertaining. If it wasn't for it being my son's 23rd birthday we would've left. I tipped the waiter 30 for nothing and he asked me to Cash app him because the host gets a portion of his tips

Food was okay overall despite being over cooked, some requested items was not provided on the meal. Waitress was friendly and made adjustments on the ticket.

It was Super Bowl Sunday so not busy. We were allowed to sit anywhere we wanted. The waitress was nice, pleasant and gave her opinion when asked. The food was very good, I had Bourbon Shrimp and Chicken and my wife had Salmon.

Only good thing about our whole meal with 4 different people was out appetizers which was mozz sticks, artichoke dip, quesadillas and wings. We got our drinks and waited 10 minutes for the straws. My boyfriend got the three cheese chicken penne and asked for no tomatoes twice and still got tomatoes and it was dry. My friend got a four cheese Mac and cheese honey pepper and she asked for chicken on the side, but they brought back the chicken with no sauce and fried so much that it looked so dry and they were small like chicken nuggets. I then got the bourbon street steak and it came back so dry and greasy that I almost choked a couple of times trying to swallow, not only all of that but we had to ask for sliver ware and waited a good 10 minutes for that for them to say they didn’t have any and gave us to go ones. She didn’t want to give us no refills also and finally had to ask. Our food was $60 and terrible. Not coming back.
