Excellent stay! my man and I are both 20 years of hospitality veterans and reconciliation hotel snobs. this hotel was a wonderful surprise. crescent helped us at check-in and was a pleasure to take time to answer all our questions as this was our first visit to montgomery. the room was large and beautiful with a magnificent view of the river and picturesque surrounding building. so much to do in a distance! we had breakfast in the restaurant, not in the buffet, and it was excellent and probably the best meal of our trip that led us through 6 states. we are looking forward to the visit of the one against soon again and this will be our choice.

It was nice and clean from the outside until we got our room and found that there were still the last people who stayed in the room, there were car bags and boxes over the beds, where a mess and it smelled like smoke. They didn't want to work either. I guess it's true look can fool

This review is for the spa only. Yesterday, my husband booked a stress relief pedicure for me. I was greeted by friendly faces and a glass of champagne. Next, I was escorted to a private room where I was given a neck warmer and some time alone to relax. This part was amazing, but the best was my lady Jessica that did my pedicure. First of all, my toes look amazing. She did a wonderful job and I highly recommend you get a pedicure from her. Jessica will not disappoint. Beyond the wonderful work she did, she is such a pleasure to be around. She put my soul at ease just by her presence. If you're in the area, ask for Jessica! Ps, don't laugh at my toes

We came to Montgomery to visit the civil rights. We originally wanted to stay here for two days. However, we were so impressed by this hotel and the city that we were here for 5 days and even for NYE. We canceled our beach apartment to Panama City Beach Florida for this hotel in Montgomery. 1. The hotel is wonderful! In the heart of downtown! The room is immaculate. We were in Suite Room 940. The view was amazing. We also enjoyed their breakfast. The cheese potatoes are fantastic! I also want to add that the staff we met was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. 2. I am also very impressed by Montgomery as a whole. I was shocked in the friendliness and diversity of this city. We're coming back!

Great location, below average hotel. First impression-nice hotel. After checking in they sent me to my room-which was dirty. The cleaning lady in the hallway said she could clean it but it would take a little bit. I said no I'll simply go get another room. Lazy cleaning staff. Room was never cleaned properly-sheets never changed-multiple night stay...Only towels changed. Never vacuumed. Had to call the front desk and they said they would make sure it happens, they didn't. Restaurant was decent--friendly staff and good food. Of special note--this hotel has a band play every night outside. Not a big deal to me, but may be a showstopper for many. Plays until 10 PM during the week and later on the weekend. I stay at a lot of hotels and the poor staff at this one is too much to ignore. Great location, but location isn't everything...look elsewhere.
