I just got to say that your food is entirely way too expensive I mean is way way too expensive I mean like there's no way anybody can really even eat cuz it's so

Hands down, the WORST casino ever. It’s Smokey and they don’t enforce the non-smoking floor. Machines are messed up. Buttons don’t work. Game attendants are RUDE. MODs are worthless. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! Machines are tight. AWFUL casino.

Due to it's location I can understand why there are mixed reviews but there definitely should be more kitchen staff overall it's still a great restaurant but yes it's pricey ?

I’ll start with the positives, which are far outweighed by the negatives. Nice hotel, well appointed room, polite and effective check-in and valet staff. Casino is non-smoking with a separate smoking section, that is a plus, since we didn’t reek of smoke after the visit. But the negatives: horrible service at the B. B. King restaurant, that place is an insult to Mr. King’s memory; can’t comment on the food because we never got any. After waiting almost an hour for our order and an absent waitress, I told the bartender we wanted to pay for the drinks and cancel the food order. She had to track down the absent waitress, who then brought a bill for the drinks AND food, and we had to ask for a correction, which we got; I tipped her even though she was curt to us. The band was decent but during their break, did we hear any B. B. King music or other blues? Nope, just rap music. Horrible experience. We walked to Lucille’s, fast food type in the casino, which was barely average. Then the gaming: mostly a bunch of machines I’ve never seen before, very unlike what are in Biloxi casinos. NO video poker at all. And, no complimentary alcoholic beverages. We don’t go to Wind Creek in Atmore, never had a positive experience there when we went. We’ll cross Wind Creek Montgomery off the list as well. Wind Creek needs to learn what even good customer service is, forget great or excellent.

This place is ridiculously slow. Ordered a Philly and pork chop meal. I think they went to slaughter the pig. Been waiting over 30 min and still no food. Others that with number after mine are being called. I should’ve looked at the ratings prior to ordering food. I willTake the hit for this one.
