I had an excellent dish featuring burrata, heirloom tomatoes, and a pesto baguette, accompanied by some delicious prosciutto. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service was friendly and prompt. Went there for the soft opening, staff was friendly thats the only good thing i can say about the Fly A Way Restaurant. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich i believe it was a pre-packaged sandwich for $16 no frys no chips no nothing but a bad sandwich. Spent over $100 for a quinoa , sandwich and a couple of miosas. I might have missed my flight, but this place made me a little better. my server was friendly and the appetizers were delicious
I had a lunch date here with my sisters, the food was great, service was quick and the staff were super friendly. The desserts were so good too!

Clam chowder has lots of clams and potatoes, just the way I like it. Turkey sandwich was good.
Four is really as hi as I go, would have to be once in a lifetime experience for a five... This place is consistently good have a great check and servers are all good at what they do. How many other communities have a great restaurant in their regional airport?? Watch the planes take off and land and ser passengers deplane using a staircase that rolls up to the plane...just like in the movies
