The restaurant was extremely busy. The staff mixed up orders and made many mistakes, resulting in the cold dishes being prioritized over the hot ones. We had to wait a long time for our delicious caffe latte. The hot food arrived much faster than the coffee drinks. View all feedback.

The person who took my order made me repeat my order like 3 or 4 times and still didn't get it completely correct. Not once did she repeat it to me. They did however give me the incorrect item for free and fixed my order. View all feedback.
This Starbucks is pretty average. The staff are polite, but not very friendly. The service is a little slow. Overall, there's nothing too special about this place - it's just your typical Starbucks.
The service at this STARBUCKS in Monterey, California is excellent. I love coming here and it has become my go-to spot when I visit 2-3 times a year.
Had a great visit... sitting there people watching, sipping my caramel frap... then noticed my shirt was on backwards... uuuggghhh
Lines are waaaaah long, not enough staff, only 2 espresso machines for a counter full of drinks. These owners need to wake up. Will not be back.
Monsanto, are you serious? I will never have another sip of coffee from you, money-hungry scum.
