Food was nice, service a bit slow. This may have been not the usual experience here because it was a Thanksgiving three course dinner menu.Edit from 4 stars down to 3 stars. The next day, the morning buffet had us wait in line for 20 minutes to sign up for a wait list that took another 60 minutes until we finally were sat down at the lobby, and allowed access to the buffet.
The service at this restaurant was absolutely awful. Our table was dirty and despite arriving before others, we were not helped until much later. It took about 25 to 30 minutes before the waitress even acknowledged us. In the end, we decided to leave without ordering. We found better service and friendlier staff at the local Domino's instead.
There are many things to enjoy about this restaurant. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise, with delicious dishes that truly impressed us. However, I must mention our server, Christian, and the manager on duty, Royce. Their attentiveness and dedication to our service truly stood out. Christian showed great passion and knowledge, going above and beyond to make our 6-year-old feel special. His recommendations were spot on, and his friendly demeanor was inspiring. Royce's carefree attitude added the perfect touch to our evening. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant.
Incredibly rude hostess! When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that the kitchen was secured and they could not take walks for the next 75 minutes. on the bar we waited for another couple to foot, even not with a reservation. they mentioned something about a previous time they were there, another host came by, a call was made and suddenly they sat. when I asked, the hostess told me and said they had a reservation!
The restaurant is unable to handle all their tables which results in slow service. The bigger issue is that the food is bland and unexciting. We ordered breakfast which was mediocre - not terrible, but nothing special. Our plans changed and we ended up eating here. My wife and I ordered different types of fish which were cooked well, but lacked flavor. The Buerre Blanc sauce was too acidic. The crispy potatoes were not actually crispy, just boiled. The desserts were cooked well but lacked seasoning. If the prices were lower, I wouldn't bother writing a review, but at $35, I expected more. We would have been better off ordering from Grubhub.
