Extremely Noisy hallways (you'll hear tipsy guests at all hours) and thin room walls that rattle as other guests close their doors make this partially renovated hotel one that's difficult to rest in, despite a warm, friendly staff. We brought our girls (3&5) up for a road trip to the aquarium. We were blown away by the service Jonathan has provided us! Jonathan, Thank you for making our family road trip so memorable for my girls!!!! You are the best!!!! Great hotel, only inconvenience is if you are a fan of room service, this is not the hotel for you.
Expensive valet, but beyond accommodating staff. Excellent location, definitely a return place!
