The problem doesn't stem from the staff; rather, it seems to be a matter of insufficient oversight. As a business owner myself, I can easily recognize this. While the fries are frequently served cold, the burgers are quite delicious. The staff members are consistently friendly. I generally refrain from leaving negative reviews unless I believe it's an issue with management.
