Hardee's - Monterey

Food was good, but the wait time was a little too long.

They're really lazy. The bathroom smelled like a port-a-can. Instead of making sweet tea, they made unsweet tea and put sugar in the cup. The sugar doesn't dissolve in cold tea. So you get a mouth full of sugar and a cup full of u sweet tea. The manager needs to be fired.

The whole family likes Hardee's in general, but this one is the best one around. Their biscuits are melt in your mouth, perfectly done, and their pork chop and gravy biscuits are totally devine. They are dependable great anytime, day or night. The gravy is smooth, hash browns were hot and crispy. And cinnamon raisin biscuits and are not to be missed, especially if you are a sweet aficionado.

I got 2 sausage and egg biscuits. The lady behind the counter was very nice. The order was filled quickly. The only problem I had was when I went back out to my RV, I looked down and saw I didn't have my pants zipped up. Please express my heart felt apologies to that lady for me, for being so careless. At 75 years old, I was shamefully embarrassed.‍

Hardee's has became a rather expensive place to eat at. But their coupons are almost unmatchable to other places (at times they have cut my total price in half!! . All the workers I've encountered have always been smiling very nice. The only downside is at times I've had to wait wait wait for my food while they weren't very busy..but maybe only 2 employees (it appeared . And it has to be difficult to run a restaurant with 2 peoples a handful or more customers so the wait times were justifiable in that sense but still irritating.. after all the world these days is one big hurry hurry hurry up gp go go!! lol
