It 's objectively on... read more I admit that I initially scoffed when I read on the menu that the clam chowder was award winning . I changed my mind after the first taste. It 's objectively one of the best clam chowders I 've had. I would describe it as creamy, smooth, a delicate (ifthat 's possible for a chowder). The bowl is sufficient for a meal (more filling than it looks). The cup isna good complimentto something else. The bread bowl is ample. With regard to the cheesecake... I give it an 11 out of 10. Absolutely amazing. Even the garnish raspberries/ blackberries were somehow perfect.

Since half of our party loved seafood it was perfect. The clam chowder is very creamy, the portions just right.Desserts beautifully presented and scrumptious! No shortage of staff, always someone there to help.

The food was heavenly... just delicious, fresh and perfectly prepared. This is a very nice place to have anintimate and peaceful meal. My only regret was I didn't save room for dessert. I read that they have excellent desserts too!Will definitely visit again next time we're in Monterey.

We ate at a different restaurant on Cannery Row the night before, sorry we did. Our male server was great! We ordered the platter for two andeverything on it was terrific. The salmon, lobster, shrimp……yum!

The views from my seat were incredible. Really loved it. However, my expectation when paying such high pricesis that I would at least get some crackers with my soup and not get charged an extra $5 for a couple of small rolls. I knowtimes are tough and at this particular place you are paying additional fees for the location. Great if you are well off. If youdon't have a ton of money to spend then there are several other places near by you can get food for much less. This place isideal for a one time special place to eat. Not for those on a limited vacation budget. Would not recommend you bring children asthis is a quiet adult venue.
