Crab House

We were shocked to come 10 minutes before our reservation, just to find that they were closed for renovations. Neither their website nor Open Table have informed us of the closure. Fortunately, on the quay, there were several other places to choose. Had a nice lunch next door.

Service was a little slow. The restaurant was almost empty and we kept having to look for the server to bring us water or silverware....

The food was ok, service was friendly. Wouldn’t rush back!

My sister had a whole crab, she enjoyed her meal. I had the fish and chips. The worst meal I have ever attempted to eat. It looked and tasted like frozen food. The staff saw that I rejected 80% of my plate. I could no longer try the eat because of the disgusting taste. All the staff saw my discarded plate of food but not one person asked I was not eating the garbage. It’s as if they knew my food was **** and didn’t want to hear another complaining customer. I said nothing to the staff, I assume they knew and I didn’t feel it would make a difference. I came here to sale a car at the Bonhams auction, I’m leaving these negative thoughts behind an am going to enjoy the auction.

Tired old boring place in the super touristy location. Noting good about it uninteresting food, beat down waiters, shabby interior.
