Black Bear Diner - Monterey

I have dined at this restaurant several times over the past three years. Unfortunately, the food on my most recent visit was not of the highest quality. I noticed flavors from dishes I did not order, and the grill appeared to be uncleaned. The water also had a terrible taste, as if it was contaminated with mold or some other substance. The service was also lacking. It is disappointing, as this restaurant used to be my preferred choice when in the area.

The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the food was outstanding.

The restaurant was incredibly satisfying, with delicious food and friendly service. Will definitely be returning! The sweet cream waffles were a standout dish.
