Taco Bell - Monterey St, Soledad

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this Taco Bell location. The service is always prompt, and the food comes out hot as well. Easy access to the front entrance and drive-thru, with parking in the rear if you intend to dine inside. It's been some time since I've eaten inside, but the windows are floor to ceiling, making it easy to identify cleanliness of the lobby; so basically always spotless.

I am very sorry to say that but it has to be said. i unfortunately had the worst experience at this taco bell location and it hurts my heart as i am a very loyal taco bell consumer. i made sure to check the closing time as it was a bit late but still saw that they were open and pulled through the drive through 20 minutes before the closing time. as i pulled into the drive through i was told that they were closed and as i was there in shock and was pulling out the drive through i was stared at by the worker as if he was the one so confused as why we were leaving. i cannot believe i was refused something i was looking forward too for a very long time. please address this with your workers

Food was bomb. But the chick with faded out tattoos in the drive through was the worst ever lol and I've traveled in many states countries etc. She hates life and it shows lol.

30 minute wait in the drive thru for only 3 cars on front of me! I would have left but you get trapped in line.

Interesting new atmosphere; terrible service. We generally make it a point to avoid Taco Bell except for perhaps their drinks, which are often pretty good. I enjoy the Mango Fiesta drink and the slushes are usually good, too. We decided to order some via UberEats last night (since they were closed on DoorDash, and have been for at least a couple weeks now) and regretted it when we opened the bag. The food was just as we remembered not all that great. The only semi decent thing was the Doritos Locos taco, but even that would have been better had they remembered to add the sauce packets we ordered. I like their mild sauce. No, you can say I 'm obsessed with their mild sauce. I can squeeze one of the packets directly into my mouth and be perfectly happy. Their food is sub par without the sauce! It NEEDS the sauce to give it flavor. To be delivered an order without any is just unacceptable. The one thing this town 's restaurants do consistently is disappoint their patrons. This one is no exception and I 'd urge you to choose a different restaurant perhaps one of the many Mexican places we have along Front Street, or perhaps Cocuyo 's on Kidder St. They have decent prices, great service, and tasty food, unlike this knockoff with **** service and sub par food.
